Villa Margarita is located at the very coast, just ten meters from the sea, and offers a panoramic view of Nin and its peninsula, long sand beaches, and the magnificent Velebit in the background.

Discover all the possibilities of enjoying the exclusive and modern villa space with carefully selected details so that your stay would really feel special in a place in accordance with your wishes and needs. Relax by the pool, feel the fresh breeze coming from the sea, or take a few steps to the beach and enjoy the crystal clear sea. Dine on a terrace with a spectacular view of Velebit peaks and the sea below it, or rest in the comfortable interior of the villa. In short, allow yourself to be spoiled by Villa Margarita.

Guests have at their disposal accommodation that includes 200 square meters of interior and a big outer space that includes a garden, pool, and sun deck. The outer and inner spaces of this villa have been thoughtfully designed and decorated in a modern, elegant style so that the guests would get maximum comfort during their stay and everything they need for a perfect vacation.

In each wing on the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with a living room and a bathroom. From the ground floor, one enters the area with a big terrace, swimming pool, sun deck, and an outer shower. On the first floor of each wing, there are two bedrooms with double beds, each connected with a balcony that has a beautiful view of Nin and the sea. There is also one bathroom in each wing on the first floor. The advantage of the plan with two wings is that the villa can host larger groups, and yet all guests can have the privacy and enjoy the vacation without any interruptions.

Villa capacity is eight guests, and two more can be accommodated on a sofa in the living room. Baby cot is available on request.

The house felt instantly welcoming, beautifully kept and full of light. The mornings by the pool were my favorite, coffee in hand, watching the sun slowly brighten the horizon. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We left with so many happy memories and can’t wait to return one day.

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen herrlichen Blick über die Umgebung. Wir haben sowohl die nahegelegenen Strände als auch den Pool genutzt, die Kinder waren kaum aus dem Wasser zu bekommen. Besonders am Abend genossen wir es, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, während der Tag langsam ausklang. Ein Ort, an den man sich noch lange erinnert.

Diese Unterkunft war für unsere Familie ein absoluter Volltreffer. Die moderne Ausstattung und die durchdachte Raumaufteilung ermöglichten uns sowohl gemeinsame Zeit als auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den Spielmöglichkeiten, während wir Erwachsenen die Ruhe und den Komfort genossen. Die Nähe zu lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants war ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Unsere Zeit in diesem Haus war genau das, was wir gebraucht haben. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns willkommen – alles war sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und angenehm ruhig. Die Kinder haben den großen Innenbereich sofort für sich entdeckt, während wir die offene Küche und den Essbereich für gemeinsame Kochabende genutzt haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass man alles Nötige in kurzer Zeit erreichen konnte, aber gleichzeitig genug Abstand vom Trubel hatte. Für uns als Familie war es eine rundum stimmige Auszeit.
