Description

Villa Rosa is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa that offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for up to 5 people. The villa features 130m² of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room with satellite reception, along with a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can access the terrace area, which features a private swimming pool.

The first floor of the villa houses the three bedrooms, with two of them featuring double queen beds and one bedroom having a single bed. This setup is ideal for small groups or families of up to five people. The upper terrace of the villa offers a stunning view of the sea.

The outdoor area of Villa Rosa is equally impressive, with a private swimming pool (3x8m) and five deck chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The villa's well-kept garden is also a lovely feature, complete with a lawn sprinkler system. Additionally, the villa comes with a private and secured parking space. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own.

We had a wonderful summer stay and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Shops were close and easy to reach, whether on foot or by car, which made everyday plans very convenient. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything was excellent, and we would happily come back again.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der Villa und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung – sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Der Standort war für uns ideal: außerhalb der Stadt, in einem ruhigen Dorf, perfekt zum Erholen. Gleich im Ort gab es einen sehr guten Supermarkt und ein nettes Restaurant, beides fußläufig in nur 3-5 Minuten erreichbar. Für größere Einkäufe war der Plodine-Markt nur 3 Autominuten entfernt – super praktisch! Alles in allem war wirklich alles top – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. xxxxxxxxxx We had a truly wonderful time at the villa and really enjoyed our holiday. The property was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful area. The location was perfect for us: outside the city, very quiet, and ideal for relaxing and unwinding. There was a great local supermarket and a nice restaurant right in the village, just a short walk (3-5 min.) away. For bigger shopping trips, Plodine (a large supermarket) was only 3 minutes away by car, which was super convenient. All in all, everything was excellent – we would definitely come back!

We had a really nice and relaxing holiday. The house is as described and had enough space for us four. Contrary to the description there are 2 toilets, one in each bathroom :) It is really close to Porec by car and also some bakery and supermarket are only few minutes away. The Host was really nice and taking care of everything. The only thing that might be improved is to have fly screens at the windows. Would come again.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier verbracht und es war einfach fantastisch. Die Region bietet so viele tolle Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge – von charmanten Dörfern bis zu den schönen Stränden in der Nähe. Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Poreč gemacht und die Altstadt erkundet, und auch das Umland hat so viel zu bieten. Es war der perfekte Mix aus Entspannung und Entdeckungen. Das Haus war sehr komfortabel und ideal für eine Familie, und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bili smo oduševljeni domaćim ugođajem koji nas je dočekao! Od trenutka kad smo stigli, osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Sve je bilo tako toplo, udobno i ugodno, djeca su se odmah uklopila i uživala u opuštenoj atmosferi. Bazen je bio savršen za naše uživanje, a terasa idealna za obiteljske obroke. Ovo je bio naš najugodniji obiteljski odmor i svakako ćemo se vratiti!
