Villa Boky is a traditional newly renovated house in the countryside of Poreč. The villa is spacious and elegantly decorated with many charming details.

All rooms have air-conditioning. The elegant interior of the villa offers comfort and relaxation. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. There is a lovely living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining room connected to the kitchen.

There is more than 700 m² of outside area featuring shaded patios with an outdoor dining table, BBQ, garden, and a beautiful 18m² pool. Around the pool, you can find sun loungers and shaded areas. The garden is full of aromatic Mediterranean herbs, providing relaxation for all your senses.

The villa is a perfect choice for those searching for peace but who would also like to visit nearby beaches and enjoy a rich gastro offer.

We had a wonderful stay here for 10 days and enjoyed it a lot. Even though being a bit "far" from the bigger cities you find everything you need and by car shops, beaches, restaurants, cities etc. are reachable easy within just a few minutes. Communication at the beginning hat some obstacles, but at the end everything went fine Just one day some neighbours were playing some very loud music for some hours, but was just once. Altogether a nice place, with a charming caaring Host Tanja, offering all you need for relax, enjoy and discover

Dieses Haus ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Das gesamte Grundstück ist perfekt gepflegt. Schon bei unserer Ankunft haben wir eine Atmosphäre der Leichtigkeit und Ruhe gespürt. Wir haben die schönen Düfte aus dem Garten aufgesogen und die Zeit im Freien genossen. Der Pool ist super, und wir haben die entspannten Abende nach unseren Ausflügen in der Umgebung sehr genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit mit Freunden in dieser Villa. Die Zimmer waren richtig gemütlich, und wir haben es geliebt, draußen zu essen. Der Pool war einfach top – perfekt zum Entspannen. Es gab keine Probleme, die tollen Strände in der Umgebung zu finden, die uns auch richtig begeistert haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt total genossen und können diesen Ort nur empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub! Die Hauptterrasse mit dem Pool war einfach perfekt, um zu entspannen und Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Der süße Garten hat die Atmosphäre noch gemütlicher gemacht, und das Interieur war genauso charmant wie erhofft – gemütlich und wunderschön gestaltet. Alles war genau so, wie wir es erwartet haben, was unseren Aufenthalt völlig stressfrei und angenehm gemacht hat. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und können diesen Ort für einen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub nur empfehlen!
