Nestled in the tranquil village of Sveta Nedjelja, Villa M features five spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy. The interior boasts a calming palette of white, grey, and natural wood, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto expansive terraces, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

The heart of the villa is the open-concept living area, complete with state-of-the-art technology, including a Sonos sound system and a smart TV. The sleek kitchen is equipped with high-end Bosch appliances and a Nespresso machine, perfect for preparing meals, whether you cook yourself or hire a private chef.

A hardwood floating staircase leads to the the upper floor with two king bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom features a private balcony with stunning views of the cliffs, Adriatic, and island of Vis. The remaining 3 king bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, each with an en-suite shower room, offering both privacy and comfort.

Villa M’s inviting 36-square-meter heatable infinity pool is surrounded by beautiful hardwood decking. Watch the sunset from the poolside, soaking in the panoramic sea views – a truly unforgettable experience.

The pool terrace flows into a shaded al fresco dining and lounge area, perfect for enjoying stunning sea views. As night falls, enjoy stargazing with the telescope or take a stroll through the garden, surrounded by Mediterranean herbs, olive trees, magnolias, and pines. Thoughtfully designed lighting creates a magical atmosphere, perfect for evening relaxation.

No parties / events without prior approval.

Dieser Ort und dieses Haus sind einfach fantastisch. Die Insel selbst ist wunderschön und wir kommen oft zurück, aber der Blick von der Terrasse mit dem Pool in diesem Haus ist einfach unvergesslich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Atmosphäre!

The view here is absolutely magical! The house is modern, stylish, and luxurious without feeling stiff. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the service made us feel really welcome. Simply the perfect place to relax.

We spent an unforgettable week here as a family, and I honestly can’t stop thinking about it. The house is perched right above the sea, you feel like you’re floating between the sky and the water. Our kids basically lived in the pool, while we enjoyed long, lazy evenings on the terrace watching the sun melt into the horizon. It’s so peaceful, you really disconnect from the world. It felt like our own little dream escape.

Gemeinsam mit sechs Freunden habe ich eine Woche hier verbracht, und wir waren begeistert. Die Villa liegt spektakulär direkt über dem Meer, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick bis hinüber zur Insel Vis. Der Infinity-Pool war unser täglicher Lieblingsplatz, besonders abends, wenn das Licht golden über das Wasser tanzte. We came for a chilled trip with friends and it absolutely delivered. You wake up to insane sea views, have coffee by the infinity pool, and end the day with a bottle of wine watching the stars — what more could you want?
