Nestled in Rasoha Velika Bay, where there are only a few private houses, you’ll experience a rare serenity – no traffic, no crowds, just calm, silence, and nature at its purest.

Villa Hera offers spacious rooms with a large terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The glass-walled living areas create the sensation of being immersed in nature, while the beautiful pool, shaded gazebo, and generous sun deck provide the perfect setting for relaxation. 

The villa is located right by the sea on an 800 m² private plot. Surrounded by a stone wall and iron fence, it offers complete privacy. Within the gated area, there’s a covered parking space for two cars, and an additional uncovered space for one more.

Inside, the villa features four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and sea views from every room. Two main bedrooms open onto a large terrace with stunning sea views.

The living space includes a comfortable lounge, dining area, modern kitchen, workroom, and a separate guest WC. From the living room, you can step out onto a spacious covered terrace with a dining table – ideal for al fresco meals with a view.

The recreation area sits next to the poolside terrace, and includes a billiards table, fitness equipment, comfortable seating, and a bathroom with WC. Just beside the pool, you’ll find a lovely shaded gazebo with a sitting area. The sunbathing area around the pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

From the villa, a private path leads directly to the sea, ending at a seaside sunbathing platform – your own tranquil corner by the water.

The hosts are available to guests 24 hours a day, offering airport transfer from Dubrovnik Airport for an additional charge and a grocery shopping service for an extra fee of 15 Euros per trip.

Dieses Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet genug Platz für gemeinsame Abende und entspannte Tage. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight, und die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft. Die Insel ist wunderschön und perfekt, um sie zu erkunden oder Tagesausflüge mit dem Boot zu machen. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll vorbereitet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub. Die Villa liegt direkt in einer idyllischen Bucht am Meer mit einem herrlichen Pool. Für Kinder ist es perfekt, sie können unbeschwert am Meer spielen und die Natur genießen. Gleichzeitig ist die Lage ideal, um die Insel mit dem Auto zu erkunden, denn es gibt so viele wunderschöne Orte zu entdecken. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
