The spacious living room opens onto a terrace and flows seamlessly into an elegant kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

One of Gardenia’s greatest charms is its large private garden, surrounded by greenery and olive trees, offering privacy and an authentic Istrian atmosphere. At the heart of the garden lies a private pool with a sunbathing area complete with comfortable loungers. A covered terrace with a BBQ and garden dining set is perfect for summer dinners, social gatherings, or even hosting private celebrations and outdoor events.

One well-behaved pet is also welcome, so your furry companion can enjoy the holiday just as much as you do.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, and private parking. A baby cot and extra cleaning services are available upon request. What struck me most was the sense of calm that settled over me almost immediately. The place has an effortless charm, peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully cared for. The pool and garden were meticulously maintained, and we really enjoyed the evenings grilling outdoors. The children had plenty of space to play freely, which allowed us to be completely relaxed. I spent hours outside just enjoying the quiet, letting my mind unwind. It’s the kind of stay that stays with you long after you leave.

Schon bei meiner Ankunft hatte ich das Gefühl, in eine kleine Oase einzutreten. Alles war so liebevoll gestaltet, warm und einladend. Besonders die ruhigen Morgenstunden auf der Terrasse, umgeben von völliger Stille, werden mir lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Die Ausflüge zu den nahegelegenen Stränden waren fantastisch, und das Erkunden der Umgebung hat großen Spaß gemacht. Es ist genau die Art von Rückzugsort, die man sich wünscht, wenn man dem Alltag entfliehen möchte. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Was für eine entspannte Zeit! Ich habe jeden einzelnen Tag genossen, vor allem den Blick aus dem Garten, der einfach gute Laune macht. Alles war super gemütlich, sodass ich mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt habe. Perfekt für alle, die einfach abschalten möchten. Ich verlasse diesen Ort mit einem breiten Lächeln.

Ich war positiv überrascht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben.
