Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit Hund in der Villa.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sowie der Hausverwalterin waren freundlichen und gut. Wir sind herzlich Empfangen worden und haben die Villa so erlebt wie beschrieben. Es war alles da was man brauchte und wenn doch was fehlte machte Indira (Hausverwalterin) es möglich.Sie war großartig. Das einzige was nicht so ist wie auf den Bildern ist die Lage der Villa. Inzwischen ist Sie eingebettet von Häusern und ein Wohngebiet ist entstanden. Da dieses aber auch noch weiter wächst entsteht natürlich Lärm und das leider nicht nur zu moderaten Zeiten. Dennoch hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Wonderful Days in Vosteni Starting with a warm welcome from Denis, who gave us lots of tips for our vacation, we spent 14 wonderful days in Istria. Even on the cold days, Denis made things cozy by providing extra wood for the wonderful open fireplace. Eggs from the neighbor, a konoba serving local specialties (ham, pasta, and truffles), olive oil and wine from Denis and a nearby distillery treated us to a culinary feast. Such warm hospitality is rare to find. The property itself is charming and beautifully furnished in every detail—from the washing machine to the kitchen. A large pool with crystal-clear water rounds out the picture. So—the four of us (two couples) felt very much at home.

I was already familiar with the place from previous visits. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious and very well equipped. Everything was exactly as we’d hoped and expected; our whole group was very happy and we were sad to leave. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Alles war top, guter Pool in einem sehr schönen Garten, Küche gut für Selbstversorgung ausgestattet, Gastgeberin Klaudia war sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

What an amazing place, has everything you need including lots of space indoors as well as outdoors. Every room has its own bath, kitchen well equipped, awesome outdoor kitchen and grill with wood and charcoal provided. Nice and quiet surroundings. There was no key box, but Tomislav told us via telephone where he hid the key for us so the check-in was no problem at all. Unfortunately, there were some stinks bugs in the house, sometimes you had to watch your step and shoo them away. But nothing too problematic.

Villa Flores in Frata was echt een topverblijf! We hebben hier afgelopen week gezeten en het ontbrak ons aan niets. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en perfect ingericht voor een ontspannen vakantie. Alles is aanwezig: van een fijne keuken tot comfortabele ruimtes om binnen én buiten te genieten. Wat vooral opvalt is hoe compleet en goed verzorgd alles is. Je merkt dat er aandacht is besteed aan detail, waardoor je je meteen thuis voelt. De rust van de omgeving maakt het helemaal af. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar je zorgeloos kunt genieten. Zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar comfort, rust en kwaliteit in Kroatië!

Fabulous villa, fabulous friendly hosts. Very peaceful location and close to the beautiful towns on the north coast. Super comfortable beds. Lovely well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating in the living room and the outdoor patio area for sunbathing and eating. Could not fault it at all! The hosts also own the olive oil museum in Skrip which is a short walk away.; honestly the best lunch we had on the island! (homemade, farm to table, locally sourced food - absolutely delicious!). We enjoyed the short tour of the museum and lunch was so good we went back a few days later. Would highly recommend and would absolutely return if we go back to beautiful Brac!

This villa was perfect for the small group of us that stayed. It was perfect and had breathtaking views. The host was gracious enough to accommodate and earlier check-in as well. Communication with the host was easy and quick with responses. The check-in process was easy. The villa is located about 10-15 minutes from old town Dubrovnik. It’s close to markets, restaurants, cafes and bars. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Villa Lapis as a group of 12 friends and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The villa is spacious and well suited for a larger group. We especially appreciated the beautiful view from the property, the large barbecue area, and the outdoor spaces where everyone could comfortably spend time together. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we accidentally lost the keys during our stay, which caused him some trouble, and I would like to apologize once again for that. We honestly spent a lot of time searching for them, but we still cannot understand how it happened. The only misunderstanding was the shared blankets in the bedrooms. Since we were a group of 12 friends, it was not really acceptable for us to sleep under one shared blanket, so we had to arrange this differently. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay and the accommodation was a great place for our group trip.
