The villa is lovely, the host is friendly and responsive, and the location is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. We rented in late April, during a sunny, summer-ish week. With the lovely pool, I can imagine staying there for a few days in the summer, away from busy towns and crowds. Highly recommended.

Ein wunderschöner Ort für unseren Familienurlaub! Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern eine Woche hier verbracht und es war einfach perfekt. Es war ruhig, erholsam und doch waren wir in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer oder im Ort. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Gemeinsam mit sechs Freunden habe ich eine Woche hier verbracht – und wir waren begeistert. Die Villa liegt spektakulär direkt über dem Meer, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick bis hinüber zur Insel Vis. Der Infinity-Pool war unser täglicher Lieblingsplatz, besonders abends, wenn das Licht golden über das Wasser tanzte. Das Haus selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und perfekt für alle, die Entspannung und Schönheit gleichermaßen suchen.

We came for a chilled trip with friends and it absolutely delivered. You wake up to insane sea views, have coffee by the infinity pool, and end the day with a bottle of wine watching the stars — what more could you want? The house has this calm, stylish vibe and we barely left because it had everything we needed. Totally recharged, totally coming back.

We (7 adults) went on a three-day holiday. We were looking for a reasonably priced (but nice) house, that could comfortably host all of us. We didn’t really care about the location, what we needed was a pool and a bbq grill. And the house delivered. The property, especially the kitchen, was fully equipped. Nenad was nice enough to provide a great bbq grill, which we made good use of. The surroundings are lovely, there are birds, the neighbour’s dog (behind a fence) and a cat (the cat might come over to visit). The village truly is a village with one cafe, but it’s like a half-hour drive to nearby bigger cities on the coast. The three bathrooms made everything just a little smoother, the beds were comfortable. The only thing to note (as the listing is advertised for max 8 people), is that the 7th person is meant to sleep on a foldable bed that can be set-up anywhere, but most likely in the kitchen area. And I’m not sure where the 8th person would sleep. In any case, we had a lovely time

Sehr ansprechend renoviertes altes Gebäude - Kombination aus alten Gemäuern und modernen Elementen (Säulen, Treppe, Decken aus Beton) sehr schön gelungen. Große Terrasse mit kompletter Aussenküche und Feuerstelle über dem Pool perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Eigentümer spricht sehr gut Englisch und empfing uns mit Willkommens-Drinks - insgesamt sehr angenehmer Kontakt beim Checkin. Was man wissen sollte: Haus liegt mit ein paar weiteren Ferienhäusern etwas abgeschieden im Wald - nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Form eines Mini-Marktes im kleinen Ort etwa 2km vom Haus. Bei Öffnen der Fenster fallen schon mal ein paar Wanzen ins Zimmer, die man dann wieder ins Freie befördern muss. 😊 In Summe waren wir sehr positiv überrascht und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Prostrane sobe, veliki dnevni boravak i terasa savršeni su za zajednička druženja. Posebno smo uživali u večernjim roštiljima i opuštanju uz bazen. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno, a atmosfera opuštena. Definitivno mjesto na koje bismo se vratili.

Die großzügige Raumaufteilung ermöglichte es jedem, sich wohlzufühlen. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool und dem Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis. Abends genossen wir gemeinsame Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick. Ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.

Djeca su bila oduševljena bazenom i stolnim tenisom, što im je pružilo sate i sate zabave, a mi odrasli smo uživali u opuštanju na terasi i zajedničkim večerama. Our group of eleven, consisting of three families, had a delightful stay. The house is well-designed, offering ample space for everyone. The game room with table tennis and billiards was a hit among both kids and adults. The kitchen and dining areas accommodated us comfortably, and the outdoor terrace was perfect for evening meals. The open-plan living area was great for socializing, and the outdoor jacuzzi was a hit during the cool evenings. Došli smo kao grupa prijatelja i već prvog dana znali smo da smo odabrali savršeno mjesto. Kuća je prostrana, moderno uređena i stvarno udobna – svatko je imao svoj kutak za opuštanje. Večeri su nam prolazile u smijehu uz partije biljara i druženje uz bazen pod zvijezdama. Beautiful house in the Istrian countryside. Quiet location but within striking distance of the Adriatic coast including Porec and Rovinj. Barbara was an exemplary host and the house was exactly what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed the pool, the privacy and the villages and towns within easy reach with a car. Very well equipped and lots of thought has gone into the set up of this holiday home. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.

Unsere Gruppe von Freunden hat eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Villa verbracht. Der Außenbereich, besonders die Terrasse mit dem Pool, war einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben den ganzen Tag draußen verbracht, entspannt und die Sonne genossen. Aber auch das Innenraumdesign hat uns beeindruckt – moderne Möbel und ein sehr geschmackvoller Stil. Die Sauna und das kleine Fitnessstudio waren ein weiteres Highlight, ideal für einen erfrischenden Start in den Tag oder ein wenig Entspannung nach einer Runde im Pool. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für unseren Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.
