This charming villa offers a unique blend of traditional and modern features, including a well-appointed wine cellar at your disposal and fully air-conditioned interiors with 8 units throughout the bedrooms and common areas. The Master bedroom is a standout with its ensuite Finnish sauna, while all rooms offer complete privacy with ensuite bathrooms and terraces.

On the ground floor, you'll find a utility room with two freezers, a summer kitchen complete with a fireplace, lavender, a stone desk, a stove, a grill, and a dining table. Take advantage of the separate breakfast corner by the pool, complete with an additional table for eight people. Outside, you can relax on the large terrace or covered balcony, enjoying panoramic views of the sea and forest, surrounded by a natural fence of cypress and hedges.

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang an sehr angenehm. Der Pool war für uns und die Kinder ein echtes Highlight, und die Außenküche haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Alles war gut durchdacht und bot genau den Rahmen für ein entspanntes Sommerferiengefühl. Wir konnten abschalten, Zeit mit den Kindern genießen und einfach zur Ruhe kommen. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt.

Proveli smo tjedan dana s djecom i bilo nam je prekrasno. Kuća je naprosto divna, prostrana, lijepo uređena i ima sve što treba za opušten odmor. Djeca su bila oduševljena bazenom i vrtom – stalno su nešto izmišljali, igrali nogomet ili se kupali. Nama je najviše odgovaralo što smo mogli uživati na terasi dok su se oni bezbrižno zabavljali. Već pričamo da bismo se vratili sljedeće ljeto.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie dort – Eltern, Kinder, Tante und Onkel – und alle haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight für die Kinder, sie waren kaum noch rauszubekommen. Wir Erwachsenen haben die ruhige Umgebung, das gemeinsame Kochen draußen und die lauen Abende unter freiem Himmel sehr genossen. Ein perfekter Ort für unbeschwerte Ferientage.

We stayed here with close friends – two families, four kids in total – and had an amazing time. The house felt spacious and welcoming, and the kids loved having room to run, play badminton, and jump in the pool ten times a day. One evening, the kids organized a little “pool party” with music and snacks while we grilled and chatted nearby. It felt like summer as it should be – carefree and full of laughter. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Die Villa empfing uns mit offenen Armen, und der erste Eindruck war überwältigend. Jeder Raum ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und strahlt eine Atmosphäre von Luxus und Komfort aus. Die sorgfältig ausgewählten Details verleihen der Villa eine einladende Wärme. Der Außenbereich ist ein regelrechtes Refugium der Entspannung. Der private Pool und der gepflegte Garten bieten die perfekte Kulisse, um sonnige Tage in Ruhe zu genießen. Die Terrasse, ausgestattet mit bequemen Möbeln, wurde zu unserem Lieblingsplatz, um die Schönheit Zentralistriens zu bewundern.
