Such a beautiful place to stay. You can really tell the villa is brand new because everything is in perfect condition and very thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious at the same time. We would definitely return.

Alles wirkte modern, stilvoll und hochwertig, da die Villa erst vor Kurzem fertiggestellt wurde. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Außenbereich und der Pool – perfekt, um warme Abende mit Familie und Freunden zu genießen.

We were lucky to stay here shortly after everything was completed this spring, and the whole place felt absolutely fresh and brand new. The villa is beautifully designed with great attention to detail, and everything was spotless. The peaceful Istrian surroundings made it the perfect escape for a relaxing holiday.

Pros: Good location (the address is not exact though), good price, new house. Calm, private, a nice walking path close by. Cons: The sliding doors in one of the rooms were not attached and they fell down once. Deposit was requested but since it wasn't mentioned in the booking it wasn't necessary then. Overall good, must be very nice in the summer (we were there in winter time).

The place is super cute, host is very friendly and super responsive. Would like to visit again. Location of the house is perfect second last house to the forest, 5 minutes walk to the city center, 1 minute drive to the main motorway, 15 minutes to the seaside. House is clean with nice swimming pool and beautiful sea view.
